This group is created to collect the most beautiful monochrome photographs. These could be greyscale as well as othere monotone coloured pictures. Feel free to watch and/or join #Monotonicity!



Feedback

Since this group is brand new, problems might arise when trying to submit art or other things. We would really like it if you would take a second to send us a quick note when there's something that needs fixing! Also tips and suggestions are more than welcome!



Submission Rules

Please keep in mind these rules when submitting artwork to the group!
:bulletblack: Only photography.

:bulletblack: Only monochrome pictures (greytones or other monotone coloured pictures).

:bulletblack: No pornographically tinted nudity.

:bulletblack: No heavily manipulated images.

:bulletblack: Only pictures of good quality (no mobile phones, unfocused, under/overexposed, ...).

:bulletblack: Submit to the right folder. Submissions to Featured are not allowed.

:bulletblack: When your submission is declined, we will not automatically comment why. Everyone has the right to ask for the reason. But beware, we will give you an honest answer!

:bulletblack: Members can submit up to 3 pictures each day.

:bulletblack: We reserve the right to change the rules at any time.

Are there any coffee-loving photographers in the house? LISTEN UP!
The great *feigenfrucht and *Filterkaffee are hosting the very first "The Strange Coffee Drinkers" contest at #non-real!

Get out your coolest coffeepot and your beloved camera
and show everyone how much you like your daily dose of caffeine!

while kidding around with the lovely Debora *Filterkaffee - about drinking coffee and the fitting emoticons for us coffee addicts e.g. this one :icondrinkcoffeepotplz: - an idea for a contest was born.
Here the details:
The theme is "The Strange Coffee Drinkers" as seen here:

The detailed rules are:
We want to see strange pots/persons/situations while drinking coffee as seen in the examples above.
We are expecting to see: strange pots (no usual coffee cups) and a person / strange habit from a person while dringing coffee / strange situations while a person drinks coffee.
The contest starts today and is ending at the 5th of May
Only new art taken/made after the 5th of April
All kinds (photography, traditional, digital, ...) of art are accepted
One entry per member is allowed and can be placed here: http://non-real.deviantart.com/gallery/42994635
Please add in the comment of the picture that it's a submission to the con
